Amy’s Bio

Amy Chang is a leader at the intersection of technology, business, and innovation. She serves on the UCSF Hospital Executive Committee, and is Chair of the Stanford School of Engineering Dean’s Advisory Board. She also serves on boards of The Walt Disney Company and Procter & Gamble, where she chairs the Innovation and Technology Committee. She has previously served on the boards of Cisco, Splunk, Informatica, and Marqeta, which she helped take public. Amy guides industry giants like GoogleX, Masterclass, Switch Bioworks, and more than two dozen other cutting-edge high growth startups.

Previously, as EVP at Cisco, Amy led a multi-billion-dollar organization, driving software innovation and growth. She joined Cisco via the acquisition of Accompany, the AI-powered relationship intelligence platform she founded to revolutionize how Fortune 500 companies build connections.

Before that, Amy shaped the future of digital advertising at Google, where she led Google Analytics and ads measurement, after years of impactful leadership at eBay, McKinsey, Intel, and AMD. She holds a BS and MS in Electrical Engineering from Stanford.
